Returns and Warranty Information

Returns:

All custom made and non-standard windshields are payable in advance and cannot be
returned.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.  

All items are subject to inspection.  Items must be returned in new condition, undamaged
and not modified in any way.

The restocking fee may be waived if the following conditions are met:
  1. Any windshield may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the original
    shipment date (less shipping and handling).  
  2. Windshield has not been mounted.
  3. Product is returned in original packing material and box.
  4. Additional charges may occur if scratches cannot be removed.
  5. Items must be shipped prepaid and insured.

Items returned after 30 days will be refunded less 20 percent of original invoice.  These
items must follow the same conditions as defined above.

Any item shipped without proper authorization will be refused.  Please call T.B. Russell at
(765) 524-6801 for authorization.



Warranty:

Products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship.  The warranty is
limited to the replacement of defective part(s).  There is not allowance for labor cost
incurred during installation and removal of the defective part.

The warranty does not cover:
  1. Cracking
  2. Crazing
  3. Scratches
  4. Breakage
